Snow, this county is so ... "tyrolian"

It is the 31^st of August and there's already snow in Tyrol. The Silvretta mountain pass was closed for cars without snow-chains and it's frickin' freezin' even down in the Inn-valley.

I gonna re-define the word tyrolian: Think about the word "kafkaesk". Now combine it with "crapiest weather over a time of 5 weeks ever" and you have the new meaning.
